MR SN09 -
a.k.a. "The Tank"
Mr. SN09 is a grass harvesting machine without
peer. He was the top indexing and second high selling bull in the
2004 Canoochee "Performance On Forage" sale. He gained a whopping
4.25 pounds per day for the entire 180 day forage gain evaluation
and holds the record as the fastest gaining bull ever tested out of
over 500 on the Canoochee program. He is very moderate framed at 5.7
and has a super gentle disposition which he passes along to his
offspring. He is sired by Hart Jackpot from the ABS Bull Stud and
his dam is a top producing Red Simmental cow from the Hoffman's in
Kansas. He is heterozygous black, so you can use him on either red
or black cows. All his calves have been polled to date.

Mr. SN09 - produced in the Simmental herd of Alan & Judy Southard,
Gillsville, GA was entered into the third
Canoochee Forage Bull Development
Program in October 2003. He gained so well that he holds all existing
records for average daily gain on forage in the six year history of the
Canoochee program. He is currently owned by Mr. Keith Spivey, of Douglas, GA and
has been used heavily in his commercial program for the past three years with
great success.

DFW Poncho M23
"Poncho" was the #2 overall indexing
bull on the 2004 Canoochee Forage Bull Development Center, second only
to "Mr. SN09", listed above. Poncho gained an average of 3.75 pounds per
day on the 180 day forage test and was the sales highest selling bull at
$5,300. Mr. Larry Rodgers of Valdosta, GA purchased "Poncho" at the 2004
Canoochee sale and because of his overall phenotype, ability to gain
weight rapidly and super disposition, has agreed to allow us to offer
his semen. "Poncho's" strong points are that he is super easy calving
and can be used on virgin heifers with no calving assistance and his
outstanding daughters. He also passes on the white face to a majority of
his progeny. He is heterozygous black and homozygous polled, so he will
be a great mating choice for both your red and black Simmental or Angus
cows. He is moderate framed, standing at a mature frame size of only
6.2.
